RETURNS POLICY


We want you to love your order, but understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out.

Here’s everything you need to know:

Wallpaper Orders:
Our wallpapers are printed to order, which means we don’t hold any stock. Because of this, we can only accept returns on unopened rolls in their original condition if we are notified within 14 days of delivery.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Samples:
Sample orders are non-refundable as they are cut to order and designed for evaluation purposes.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We take care to inspect every item before it leaves us, however in the event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at jardellhilldesign@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
