DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY
Our wallpapers are printed to order, so please allow 3 – 4 weeks for delivery.
Weekends and holidays are not included in shipping time.
Delivery to the UK is £5.00
For European and International delivery, please email us before ordering for an accurate shipping quote.
Delivery is not made until payment has cleared, however once dispatched you will receive an email.
Our Refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
All items returned must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Before hanging, check each roll and ensure the batch codes are identical and the colours match.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We carefully inspect every item before it leaves us, however in the event that any products delivered to you are damaged or faulty please email email@example.com with proof. We will ask you to return the damaged or faulty goods to us straight away. We can replace items or offer a refund.
