The hand-made lampshade collection is here!
I'd love to introduce my new product - Lampshades! This has been an idea going around my head for a while and the time is finally here to make it happen.
There are 4 designs in this collection. Each design was originally hand-drawn by myself and fixed up in Photoshop to create seamless beautiful patterns.
The designs have been printed onto a cotton / linen blend fabric with slub yarn running through the weave, which gives it a lovely texture.
Any lampshade material has to be tested for fire resistance to comply with the British Standard for Luminaries. The backing used for these shades has been tested in the Lighting Association Laboratories and has passed the glow wire test. Therefore, you can be confident the shades are fire-resistant.
Each shade is hand-made to order by myself in my Edinburgh studio. Meaning once you hit that purchase button, I do a quick happy dance and then get to work creating your order. Because of this, please allow 2 weeks to receive your order, but you can email me at any time to get an order update.
You can choose wether you'd like the shade to be a ceiling pendant or table lamp.

I created each lampshades depending on what size I think suited each pattern.
However, if you like a design but would like a different sized shade, please do contact me and I can make that for you.
